Training Services are available in each of the formats provided below. The material is essentially
the same in each case, and can include any combination of topics listed in the Agenda.
Recommended Strategy:
Begin with the Tutorials, available through the software Help system. This no-cost option will
get most users off and running with little assistance.
As needed, purchase Web-based Instructor-led Training (see below) for assistance in Database
Setup Topics (see Agenda).
Purchase Online Training (see below) for instruction in the application of SPC.
Conduct Real-Time Data Entry training for Data Entry personnel.

Web-based Instructor-led Training:
The most cost-effective, immediate training method. Sessions scheduled in
one to two hour increments. Choose any of the topics from the Agenda.
Cost: $150 per hour per login. Additional logins $50 per hour.
Online Training:
Interactive instruction in the use and interpretation of SPC and the software.

Public Seminars:
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Next Scheduled Date: E-mail sales for specific dates.
Cost: $750 per person, including lunch. $700 per person for two or more from the same company.
On-site training:
Conducted at your location for a minimum two-day period. Usually the most
cost-effective method if you want to train 6 or more employees.
An optimal class size is 12 to 15, with each attendee having
access to a computer.
Cost:
$1500 per day, plus travel expenses.
