Black Belt Training
Each Black Belt should arrive for the first week of training with several potential projects, allowing that some of the projects may prove unable to meet selection criteria defined by their Management (usually as part of Champion Training). Workshops are incorporated extensively throughout the training to provide hands-on experience to the attendees. Project data is used in Workshops wherever possible. See a detailed agenda (pdf format). This course is also available as an Online course.
Agendas may also be tailored for Transactional Businesses
and Healthcare.
As a general rule of thumb, the number of full-time Black Belts in a mature Six Sigma
program approaches 0.5% to 1% of total employees. The desirable number of Black Belts
should also consider logistical issues, such as accessibility of Black Belts to dispersed
facilities, as well as the number of Master Black Belts available for mentoring. The Black Belt Training requires the use of suitable Six Sigma software. Several software
packages are optionally available at discount prices from QA Six Sigma Partners, including
Minitab and Quality America's Green Belt XL software .
Our trainers are experienced in all the popular Six Sigma
software, so can easily train your Black Belts using your current software, or recommend
the best software for your needs. Our training materials may also be licensed for on-going training of staff, particularly
future waves of Black Belts, Green Belts and Champions. Contact us for
more information.
