Performing R&R Studies

You may perform Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) Studies for a selected gage by selecting the Perform R&R button.

The first step in performing an R&R Study is to define the layout of the study: the number of operators participating, the number of parts they will each measure, and the number of times each operator will measure each part. This information may not be edited once entered for this particular R&R study.

You are not limited to so-called Short Format, or Long Format studies; instead, you may use a virtually unlimited number of operators, pieces and trials.
