Defining Users

Each User has a password and a privilege level. These settings are available from the Users feature in the Options menu, but only when the logged-on user has an Administrator level privilege.

The Edit and Add buttons allow us to define the user’s privilege level, password and status (active or inactive). The Administrator privilege level is reserved for those users who need full access to the database, including adding or editing users (and their privilege level, password or status) or defining custom privilege levels.
