Analyzing Calibrations and R&R Studies

The analysis of R & R Studies and Calibrations will be performed using the Gage Analysis application. You may export data from the Calibration database for a selected gage to this application by selecting the Analysis button. This action will launch the Export and Analyze dialog box (shown below) for exporting R&R data for Repeatability, Reproducibility or overall Gage Performance Analysis, and Calibration data for Accuracy or overall Gage Performance Analysis.

Some users prefer not to store their R&R data in the Calibration database. You can easily store this data solely in the Gage Analysis application, but it will not be viewable from the Calibration database.
