Accuracy Analysis

Accuracy analysis is used to determine the bias error in the gage. The control chart analysis allows you to easily see how accuracy varies for each of the pieces measured. If your accuracy study included parts whose measurements spanned the range of the gage, this chart could be used to define Linearity.
