Faith Ralston, Ph.D. (Minneapolis,
MN) manages her own consulting business, applying her expertise
in teamwork and quality leadership to the solution of critical
business issues. Previously she was manager of organizational
development at Honeywell.
Faith trains managers, team leaders, and facilitators
to lead improvement teams and coaches managers on how
to address the volatile issues of change and manage teams
successfully. Faith is adept at addressing the political
issues and personal agendas that hinder performance and
helping managers achieve high levels of motivation and
involvement for change.
