If we return to the Analysis Options dialog box and select the Normal distribution, the lower control limit for Sample9.qdb's Hours to Process is predicted as a negative number (an impossibility for hours to process!). Notice how the K-S curve fit statistic (shown in the Summary statistics under the histogram) dropped to 0.56, indicating a poorer fit. Non-normal analysis can also provide more realistic Capability estimates.
