Work Sets can be used in conjunction with the File Open / Save Mode settings, available by selecting the Open Mode button in the File Open dialog. This allows one Workstation that will enter data to have the file open in Exclusive-Write mode, while another Workstation, such as a Supervisor or Engineer, views the changes in a real-time mode.
Supervisors or other Workstations can also be advised of process behavior through Alerts.
