The Zoom 
and Pan 
buttons allow you to view specific regions of a heavily populated control chart.
The Subgroup Info. pop-up is available by clicking on a subgroup with the left mouse. The pop-up box shows the details of the selected subgroup, and may be dragged to any convenient spot in the window.
Selecting a subgroup with the right mouse provides the following menu options:
· Go to the Data Editor (or Form) at that subgroup.
· Drop that subgroup from the chart.
· Attach an Assignable Cause to that subgroup.
