A new Assignable Cause description can be added, or one selected from the list of previously entered Assignable Causes in the defined column.
The maximum length of the description is limited by the column width of the Assignable Cause column.
The Assignable Cause can be moved to another spot in the Chart window by dragging it with the left mouse.
