| Contents | Index KUser Information dialog box The User Information dialog box is available when you choose to Add or Edit from the Installed Users dialog box. Enter the following information: Initials Enter the initials of the user. Full Name Enter the user's full name. Password Enter the password for the user. The password will not appear on the screen. Instead, the characters will be replaced by asterisks. Retype Password Enter the password for the user again, for verification. As above, the password will not appear on the screen. Access Level Administrator This level of user has full access to everything. Besides being able to run the program, the administrator can add, change, and delete users, and view and purge audit trails. Manager The manager level has the same privileges as the administrator except that the manager cannot add, change, or delete users. Operator The operator can run the program but cannot add, change, or delete users or view and purge audit trails. Note: If a user is signed on as an administrator or as a manager, the audit trail of a file can be viewed by selecting Audit Trail... from the File menu. |
