| Contents | Index Text Options When printing data files and statistics output to a printer, you can select the Text Options button to open the Text Options dialog box. The options available include: Fit on one page: If you choose this option, multiple page charts or data sets will be condensed to fit one page of printed output. Page Order: For multiple page charts or data sets, you may choose the order in which you would like to number and print pages. Click on Down, then Over to number the uppermost left page 1, the page below it 2, etc. When the bottom is reached, the numbers will continue in the next column over to the left. Click on Over, then Down to number the uppermost left page 1, the page to the right of it 2, etc. When the right edge of the document is reached, numbering will continue on the next row of pages. Border Options: You may choose to have a border around each page of your chart, around the entire chart if it spans several pages, or no border at all. Fonts: You may choose to use either the printer default font, or your own default font, which is listed below. To change your default font, choose Change..., which will opens the Font dialog box. Use the up/down arrows to page through the list box, then click on the desired specification. The options in the font style list box will vary, depending on which font is currently selected. The Sample box displays the font as it will appear with the selected size and style. You may also choose to underline or strikeout (draw a line through) the text. Note: Only fixed-pitch fonts will be available in order to prevent formatting errors. |
