Set size of main application window.
Syntax: SIZE.APP (x_left, [y_top], [width], [height])
Reply: None
x_left, y_top, width and height should be numbers of screen pixels.
Instead of sending a number for x_left, you can send the one following words (in which case you do not have to pass any of the other numbers):
