| Contents | Index Printer Setup The Memory Jogger SoftwareSelecting Printer Setup from on the File menu opens the Printer Setup dialog box for changing the specified (active) printer and the parameters associated with this printer. You can also access this information from the Windows Control Panel. Note: If you access this dialog box through the File menu's Printer Setup command, any changes you make to the settings are local and temporary. Changes will apply only to the current run of the program and will not be recognized by other applications. If you access the dialog box through the Control Panel, the changes will be global and permanent. They will apply to all applications and will not change until the next time you change them in Control Panel. Consult your Microsoft Windows manual or printer manual for a complete discussion of the options available for your particular printer. Printer: Select either the radio button for the Default printer, or select one of the installed printers from the drop down list box. Orientation: Select either Landscape or Portrait. Paper: Select the appropriate size and source. Options: For the selected printer, set the appropriate options. Network: Use this option to change the network connection used for the selected printer. |
