| Contents | Index Backup copies of files By checking the Make backup copy in the File Open/Save Mode dialog box, an additional file will be created with the same name and the extension BAK. The backup file will contain the state of the file on disk before you opened it. This file will be created during the first save during the session, whether an autosave or a manual save. To invoke this option to other files during all future sessions from your local drive (workstation), click on the Set to default checkbox. |
