The following menu options are available from the Work Set View's Work Set menu:
Open Work Set: Select this option to access the Open Work Set dialog box . The current Work Set will be closed once the OK button is selected from this dialog box.
Edit Work Set: (available only if the user has Edit Work Set privileges) Select this option to open the Define Work Set dialog box for adding or removing Process Characteristics from the Work Set.
Refresh Work Set: Select this option to query the database and update the contents of the current Work Set (and its charts) with any new data or option settings from another computer workstation. (Note: The function key F5 or the Refresh toolbar icon may also be used to refresh the Work Set).
Show Work Set Note: displays the Work Set Note defined for the selected work set.
Auto Advance: Select this option (and mark the option with a check) to automatically visit the next chart tab after data entry has been completed for a subgroup. The default setting of this option (including the time delay before advance) is set in the Define Work Set dialog box .
Exit: to close the application.
The menu will also provide a list of the last x Work Sets open from this computer workstation, where the number of Work Sets shown (x) is defined in the Preferences dialog box General tab.
