When adding or editing a user, the following properties are defined:
Username: (required) Enter an alphanumeric username (50 character max)
Password: Enter an alphanumeric password (50 character max). Passwords are case-sensitive.
Confirm: Repeat the entry of your password to verify you typed it in correctly.
Privilege: Select one of the Privilege Levels for the selected user from the drop down list.
