Select the Order Processing process from the Customer Service folder in the Process branch Use the right mouse menu to Create Analysis containing both Characteristics.When an Analysis has multiple Characteristics, it’s more efficient to define our query at the Analysis level.
Select the Order Processing process from the Customer Service folder in the Process branch Use the right mouse menu to Create Analysis containing both Characteristics.
Select the Order Processing analysis from the Analysis branch, then select the Edit Analysis option from the right mouse menu. Select Scatter Diagram from the Chart Type list box.
On the Plotted Data tab, de-select (uncheck) the Get Plotted Data from Characteristic Definitions check box. Select Query Only and the Advanced Query button. Select the Add button, then the Client Type from the Fields list; Does Not Equal from the Operator list; and the Distributor from the list provided via the Values button. Use the OK button to save the changes.
Open the new analysis using the Show Chart option from the right mouse menu (see chart below).
