Work Set Notes allow for general instructions to be given to Data Entry personnel at the Work Set level. The Note / Image tab in the Define Work Set dialog box provides the following options:
Work Set Note: Type an alphanumeric text string (up to 255 characters including spaces). The Note is available when a Characteristic Note is viewed, or when the Show Note option is selected from the Work Set branch.
Work Set Image Location: Enter (or use the Browse button) to specify a file name with location. This graphical image is available when a Characteristic Note is viewed, or when the Show Note option is selected from the Work Set branch. For notes or images pertinent to specific Characteristics in the Process, use the note feature available in the Define Characteristic dialog box . For notes or images pertinent to all Characteristics in a Process, use the note feature available in the Define Process dialog box.
