The following information is available from the Define Work Set dialog box AC/CA tab:
Provide All AC/CA Items: Select this check box to list all active Assignable Causes and Corrective Actions in the list boxes provided during data entry (in the Assignable Cause and Corrective Action dialog box). De-select the check box to define a specific list of items for either list.
When Provide All AC/CA Items is NOT selected, the following options are available:
Select Assignable Cause Items: Use the Add button to open the Select Assignable Cause Items dialog box to specify which Assignable Cause Traceability Items will be available for future use within this Work Set. The Remove button will remove the selected item from future use within the Work Set, although the item will remain in the master list of Assignable Cause items in the Traceability branch.
Select Corrective Action Items: Use the Add button to open the Select Corrective Action Items dialog box to specify which Corrective Action Traceability Items will be available for future use within this Work Set. The Remove button will remove the selected item from future use within the Work Set, although the item will remain in the master list of Corrective Action items in the Traceability branch.
