The following Bookmark Names (which are case sensitive) are recognized by the Export to Word function, and will provide the data, statistics, or chart specified by the name in the location indicated by the Bookmark. Note that some Bookmark Names may only be used in tables, while others may be used either in a table or in the general flow of text in a paragraph, as indicated below.

Table Type Bookmarks: These bookmarks are used in the first field of a table to indicate the format of the data in the table.
qaTableHeader: Indicates a table that contains summary properties and statistics for a single Characteristic. See list of acceptable Bookmarks for populating table below.
qaTableSummary: Identical to the qaTable Header, it provides the ability to split the statistics into two tables.
qaTableSubgroup: Used to display subgroup-specific information. See list of acceptable Bookmarks for populating table below.
qaTableCharList: Used to display a multiple Characteristic table, with each row designated for each of the Characteristics included in the Export, and each column assigned to a given statistic (as designated by the appropriate Bookmark; see list of acceptable Bookmarks below).

qaCharPartName : The Characteristic’s Part/Process Name, as defined in the Define Process dialog box.
qaCharPartDescription : The Characteristic’s Part/Process Description, as defined in the Define Process dialog box.
qaCharName : The Characteristic’s Name, as defined in the Define Characteristic dialog box.
qaCharGageName: (pertinent only when real-time option purchased) The Name of the Gage, as defined in the Define Gage dialog box, and associated with the Characteristic in the Define Work Set dialog box's Gages tab.
qaCharCurrentDate: The current date/time (at the moment of export). Note that the format may be edited using Word’s Date & Time formatting feature.
qaCharStartDate: The date/time of the earliest record in the export. Note that the format may be edited using Word’s Date & Time formatting feature.
qaCharEndDate : The date/time of the latest record in the export. Note that the format may be edited using Word’s Date & Time formatting feature.
qaCharUSL: The Characteristic’s Upper Specification Limit, as defined in the Define Characteristic dialog box Properties tab.

qaCharTarget : The Characteristic’s Target value, as defined in the Define Characteristic dialog box Properties tab.

qaColSubgroupDate: The date/time associated with data entry for the first observation in the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupUser: The username associated with data entry.
qaColSubgroupData: The entered observation(s) for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupAvg: The calculated Average for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupRange The calculated Range for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupAC: The entered Assignable Cause (if any) for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupCA: The entered Corrective Action (if any) for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupNote: The entered Subgroup Note (if any) for the subgroup.
qaColSubgroupTrace: The entered Traceability Fields (if any) for the subgroup. A unique column will be provided for each Traceability Field associated with the data.

qaChart: The control chart defined for the characteristic.
qaWorksetName: (pertinent only when real-time option purchased) When exporting from a Work Set, the Work Set Name, as defined in the Define Work Set dialog box.
qaAnalysisName: When exporting from an Analysis, the Analysis Name, as defined in the Define Analysis dialog box.
qaAnalysisDescription: When exporting from an Analysis, the Analysis Description, as defined in the Define Analysis dialog box.
qaAutoFitToWindow: When inserted anywhere in a table, the Export function will use Word’s Auto Fit to Window feature for scaling the cells in the table to match the page size.
qaAutoFitToContent: When inserted anywhere in a table, the Export function will use Word’s Auto Fit to Content feature for scaling the cells in the table to match the exported table contents.
