The Batch Mean Chart option is available in the Define Characteristic's Properties tab.
A Batch Means chart, sometimes referred to as a Between / Within Chart, is a special case of an X-Bar Chart. The Range (or Sigma) chart provides an estimate of the within subgroup variation and the revised X-Bar chart provides an estimate of the between-subgroup variation.
The chart is useful when subgroups are formed from multi-stream (or multi-cavity) processes. The Batch Means chart uses a Range (or Sigma) chart to monitor the between-stream (or between-cavity) variation, then plots the subgroup averages on an Individual-X chart, whose control limits are defined using the Moving Range between subgroup averages.
