If available, view the Audit Trail information by selecting Audit Trail from the Tools menu. Select the audit trail you just created and see its details. Click the Edit Notes button to enter information about the data editing.An optional 21 CFR Part 11 feature writes a record to an Audit Trail for Traceability each time a data record is edited. Each Audit Trail record may include a Note, so that explanations can be provided for the data editing.
