Select the Order Processing process from the Explorer view and use its right mouse menu to add a new Characteristic.Once a Process is created, we can use the Define Process dialog box's Add button to define a new Characteristic from scratch, or just directly use the Add Characteristic option from the selected Process in the Explorer view (as shown below).

Enter the name Wait Time for the new Characteristic on the Define Characteristic’s General tab.
