Statistical Process Control
Software
Statistical Process Control charting is a primary analysis tool of quality improvement.
Control Charts identify sources of variation in a process, differentiating between process disruptions
or shifts (so called special causes), and the expected process variation. The real-time
identification of process shifts improves the response mechanism, and prevents tampering with
stable processes (which increases variation).
