 QA-Calibrate combines a fully functional calibration database with the analysis power of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. With a single package you can easily keep track of a virtually unlimited number of measurement instruments and retrieve information about each device, including gage type, manufacturer and the next scheduled calibration date. QA-Calibrate also stores information generated during R & R and Calibration Studies. QA Calibrate's reporting features allow you to generate report documentation for various certifications including ISO, GMP, and customer audits.
As an added feature, QA-Calibrate maintains the step-by-step calibration procedure for each device to assist operators in the calibration process as well as documentthe procedures for reporting or certification purposes.
