"We are enjoying Q-Pulse greatly although we still have not grown into all of its capabilities. It is our complete customer complaint, corrective/preventative action, training, audit, and calibration system, and are just now moving towards using everything the document control module has to offer. The great thing about Q-Pulse is that after learning one module, the rest falls to hand easily with hardly any additional training."
