Annual Q-Pulse Support Agreements

Your Q-Pulse Support Agreement provides you with the following:

  • User and Technical SupportIncludes general help on the routine use and operation of Q-Pulse, as well as handling any technical issues you may have.
  • Functional upgrades - These are outputs from major development programs resulting in the next generation of product. They are provided automatically on release to all customers with a valid support agreements at no extra charge. With your support agreement, you don't have to worry about your software being compliant with ISO 9000:2000 - you get the upgrade free.
  • Maintenance releases - These are a collection of design and usability changes resulting from internal and customer feedback. All support agreement holders are informed of the content of the change via the website and the upgrade will be made available to them free of charge from our website.
  • Pricing is set at 20% of the current cost of the concurrent use and viewer licenses installed (before discounts).


    NOTE: Purchasing additional software licenses may require an upgrade in your support agreement. The upgrade cost for the support agreement is calculated by taking the difference in price and pro-rating the difference. For example, if you are in your sixth month of the contract, your cost would be prorated 50%.

    Support Agreement Pricing listed above is offered to customers who purchase Q-Pulse directly from Quality America. Please contact us for support pricing if Q-Pulse was previously purchased from another vendor.
