Activity Network Diagrams

An Activity Network Diagram deals primarily with time. This tool will help you plan how long a project will take, which jobs you can afford to delay a bit, and which jobs abso"lutely must be completed in a minimum amount of time.

The Activity Network analysis is often (nowadays) provided by use of a gannt chart.
