The contract allows your IT person/internal developer/programmer to ask questions via email to Quality America's Programming Staff. Our staff will answer any questions and/or provide examples on how the QA-ActiveSPC product is embedded and interfaced within the supported development environments.

1. Customized programming changes to the Active-X product itself. These can be done by Quality America's Programming Staff for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.
2. Customized programming changes to the container application developed by the customer.
3. Answering questions about any programming not directly related to the Active-X product.

Pricing:

12 Month Support Agreement: $1,000
