Lean Six Sigma Training: Online Green Belt Certification
Our Online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification training provides an introduction to the principles and methods of Lean Six Sigma deployment and includes:
- Twelve months access to online materials including training slides, study guide, certification exam and additional Knowledge Center references
- 16 Lessons, approximately 80 hours of online Instruction (8 CEU). Each lesson includes:
- Reading Assignment using the supplied textbook.
- Detailed slides with Notes.
- Interactive Exercises.
- Study Guide Questions to test your knowledge.
- Online Glossary and References for further information.
- Personal copy of Six Sigmal Demystified and Six Sigma Handbook written/co-written by course author and Quality America President Paul Keller
- Student Notebook
- Green Belt XL software (Twelve month Student Version)
- Upon successful course completion: Electronic certificate indicating either Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification without Projects or (if two acceptable projects submitted) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with Projects
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification requirements include:
- Successful completion of Quality America's on-site or online Green Belt Certification Training
- Active participation in two successful Six Sigma projects, demonstrating the application of DMAIC in achieving $100,000 or more in (annualized) organizational savings. A Certification without Projects is provided if a student does not have access to suitable Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Passing score (65% or better) on each topic in Quality America's
Online Green Belt Certification Exam. The exam is 75 questions (see example),
in a multiple choice format, with the
following topic weightings:
- Lean Six Sigma Deployment Methodology: 10%
- Project Definition & Scheduling: 20%
- Change Management Skills: 10%
- Measure Stage Techniques, including SPC: 30%
- Analyze Stage Techniques, including Lean: 15%
- Improve Stage Techniques: 7%
- Control Stage Techniques: 8%
